Heather Sweeney

Heather is a certified executive coach who partners with leaders to amplify their impact, navigate next-level roles and reinvent their vision of success in work and life. She founded Joule Insights with a vision for helping good humans continually learn and grow to become the leaders they aspire to be. Her clients describe her as being direct and honest, really getting to the heart of a challenge and bringing warmth and a healthy dose of humor to the work.

Prior to coaching, Heather got her start in the Financial Services industry.  Most recently, she was the head of Wholesale Planning and Finance functions in the North American market of adidas Group. This rich experience coupled with personally experiencing the transformational power of coaching, shaped her journey into becoming a coach.

Heather completed the world-class Coach Certification Program at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is a certified Hogan assessment interpreter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Minor in Studio Art from Linfield University. Heather is married, has a stepson, loves animals and is both an outdoor and food enthusiast.
